Who is PrintLab for?

Cross-border e-commerce sellers — Amazon FBM/FBA private-label brands, Shopify dropshippers, Etsy makers, eBay sellers, TikTok Shop creators. We're a wholesale B2B supply chain, not a consumer storefront. Direct-to-consumer is supported (the upload form on each product page) but our pricing and integrations are built for sellers running stores.

How do I become a seller partner?

Submit the seller application with your store URL(s) and rough monthly volume. Approval is usually same-day for sellers with an active store. Once approved, you get access to wholesale pricing, the integration apps, and the API.

What integrations do you support?

Native apps for Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and TikTok Shop. REST API for Amazon SP-API, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, and any custom storefront. Order sync, mockup auto-generation, design file pull, tracking push-back, and inventory webhooks all included.

How does the image-upload designer work?

We provide an embeddable widget (or full-page iframe) that hosts the customizer on your domain. Customer drags their image onto a product, picks size/color, sees a real-time mockup, and checks out via your store's normal flow. The print-ready file is attached to the order automatically.

What are seller pricing tiers?

Bronze (any approved seller): standard wholesale rates. Silver (≥ 100 orders/month): ~15% off. Gold (≥ 500 orders/month): ~25% off + dedicated account manager. Net-30 invoicing available at Silver+.

Where do you ship from?

Six fulfillment hubs: US (CA + NJ), EU (NL), UK, Japan, Australia, and China direct. Our system automatically picks the cheapest legal route per order — typically the local hub for in-region orders, China for everything else.

Can I use my own branded packaging?

Yes. We offer custom polymailers, packing slips with your logo, neutral return labels, and even hang-tags / inserts — all printed on demand alongside the product. Sample kits available for Silver+ sellers.

What about the original artwork library?

We license 10,000+ original designs across niches — funny tees, motivational, niche fandoms, holidays, pet-themed, etc. License-cleared for commercial resale. Use them as-is to expand your SKU count fast, or as inspiration for your own design work.

What's the minimum and what's it cost to start?

Single-unit minimum. Zero setup, zero monthly fee, zero deposit. You only pay for orders we fulfill. The first sample order is at full retail price; second order onward at your tier rate.

Returns and reprints?

Misprints, damage in transit, and material defects: free reprint or refund (your call) within 30 days. Buyer's-remorse returns: not supported (POD is made-to-order) but we offer one free design revision per SKU during onboarding.
